Best Matrices Build for Claudia in Tower of Fantasy

Support / SUB DPS Build

Claudia is a powerful Hybrid-DPS character that can either be played as a Full DPS or a Sub-DPS character. She is best paired with another Physical element character to activate the Physical Resonance, which will provide an extra Attack buff for both of them. She can also provide a decent Shatter, even when she is a DPS-type character. This shatter damage is not comparable to pure Tanks but is better than most of the DPS characters.

Claudia’s main strength comes from her ability to spam skills and discharge, as much as possible. The weapon can get charged up very quickly with the right usage of combos.

Claudia Battle Tips and tricks

  • Claudia has short AOE damage potential on all her abilities, and her Attacks are very fast, on top of high movement mobility on the battlefield.
  • Claudia’s weapon skill, Roam is a unique ability that allows her to neutralize status ailments in boss battles, which is a good thing to have, which does not mention the reduction of incoming damage in its duration. As the game progresses, Bosses are becoming increasingly powerful and some even come up with powerful buffs, Claudia is the perfect character to counter such bosses.
  • For the 4pc effect, the Claudia x4 and Shiro 4x are probably the best matrix one can equip as of now, but it is recommended to use a 2pc combination for greater utility.

Claudia Matrix (SSR)

  • 2-piece Set: Increase damage by 13%/17%/20%/23% when hitting a target in mid-air or initiating an aerial attack. Reset double-jump upon hitting the target in mid-air.
  • 4-piece Set: Hitting an enemy with a skill reduces the cooldowns of all weapon skills by 1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds and increases the damage of discharge skills by 58%/80%/103%/126% for 15 seconds.

Samir Matrix (SSR)

  • 2-piece Set: Increase damage progressively by 1% upon hitting a target. Stack up to 10/13/16/20 times. Lasts 1.5 seconds.
  • 4-piece Set: Increase Dual EM Stars’ electrical explosion damage by 16%/22%/30%/40% of ATK.

Shiro Matrix (SSR)

  • 2-piece Set: Increase both damages and shatter to targets with more than 50% HP by 15%/19%/22.5%/26%.
  • 4-piece Set: Upon entering battle, gain a 20%/25%/30%/35% damage boost for 35 seconds. Reset 5 seconds after exiting the battle.

Hybrid Matrices Sets

Aside from the 4pc Marix sets, you can also try for hybrid sets of 2pc since SSR matrices are not that easy to obtain currently and most players won’t have specific ones anyway. You can pair a number of matrices together to form double 2pc effects, like 2pc Samir + 2pc Claudia for buffing attacks.

Tower of Fantasy Claudia Guide: Best team compositions

Currently, Physical Teams are very limited due to a lack of characters, hence, there is only one team comp that can be formed from the current character pool. On top of it, the Physical element can’t compete with other Elements, since the premiere characters of the said element have yet to arrive on the Global version, whereas, strong DPS characters with powerful abilities are already present for other Elements.

Hyper Physical Team

In the current pool of characters, Claudia and Shiro are the only Physical characters in the SSR rarity, and since Claudia has the Physical resonance which requires another Physical character for activation, both of them need to be paired with each other.

  • Claudia + Shiro + Nemesis / Zero / Coco

This is a very straightforward team, where Claudia and Shiro both play the role of DPS and the shield breakers. The added Physical resonance helps a lot along with the Grievous debuff effect to form a somewhat strong team. The third slot is for a flexible character and is usually filled up by a healer.
