Garena has unveiled the grand finalists of Free Fire’s flagship international tournament for the year, the Free Fire Continental Series (FFCS) 2020. The fully-virtual tournament comprised of three separate series – the Americas Series, EMEA Series, and Asia Series. The finalists for all three regions in Free Fire Continental Series (FFCS) 2020 Grand Finals have been declared. Each series has $300,000 up for grabs, bringing the combined prize pool for the FFCS to $900,000.
Free Fire Continental Series (FFCS) Grand Finals 2020: Finalists from the play-ins
The Asia Series Play-ins were concluded recently – the top five teams have qualified for the Asia Series Grand Finals. These teams join the seven teams who earlier earned direct qualification by winning their local level tournament.
The 12 grand finalists will now compete in the Asia Series Grand Finals on 29 November for a slice of the US$300,000 prize pool and the title of the region’s strongest team. The FFCS’ other two series – the Americas Series and EMEA Series – also held the Play-ins over the weekend to determine the 12 grand finalists from each series.
Only one team will represent India at the Grand Finals
The Asia Series Play-in featured Team CRX Elite and XTZ Esports (previously Stalwart Esports) in action, who were respectively the first- and second-runners up at the Free Fire India Championship (FFIC) 2020 Fall. However, the competition in the Play-ins proved too hot for Team CRX Elite and XTZ Esports, with both teams to miss out on the FFCS Asia Series Grand Finals after placing eleventh and eighth respectively.
With these teams out, India will be represented at the Asia Series Grand Finals by Total Gaming Esports, who earned direct entry after being crowned the champions of the FFIC 2020 Fall. Total Gaming Esports will be looking to make their fans proud by replicating the teamwork and consistency that led them to the FFIC 2020 Fall title. They will also be counting on their massive fanbase to cheer them to victory. So, as it stands, only one out of the three make it through to the finals from India.

Asia Series Grand Finals
12 teams from the Asian region have made it to the grand finals and will be fighting it out against each other in the Asia Series Grand Finals on November 29th. The event starts at 12:30 pm GMT +5.5. The teams that have qualified are:

12 teams from the EMEA region have made it to the grand finals and will be fighting it out against each other in the EMEA Series Grand Finals on November 28th. The event starts at 9:30 pm GMT +5.5. The teams that have qualified are:
