After commencing the previous edition of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Continental Championships (MCC) in August 2023, the latest season 3 is here. As per the esports roadmap for 2024, the events are coming in hot with promising a lot. With 8 teams from the CIS, Georgia, and Ukraine, there will be a great battle to watch the intense MOBA action. Organized by Moonton Games and FISSURE, the event will have both online and offline plays.
Mobile Legends Continental Championships (MCC) Season 3: Schedule and Format
The event is set to kick off on the 30th of March 2024. It will be a long event and scheduled to mark its final match in June. Apart from that, there will be two stages of gameplay and matches. The initial stage is the Regular Season which will kick off on the 30th of March. This stage will run till the first week of May, the exact date is the 5th of May 2024. All the matches will be BO2.
This event will adopt the Gauntlet Format this season for the regular stage, following the MPL PH. The playoff stage will held in a single elimination bracket. After the regular season ends, the highest-ranking three teams will qualify for the Playoffs, while the remaining five teams will proceed to the Playoff Playoff format.
This play-in will happen between 11 to 12 May. The first two days of June 2024 will set the top for their crimes. This stage will follow a double-elimination mode. The Upper Bracket matches will follow a BO3 format, while the Lower Bracket matches will be BO5. The Grand Finals will be played in a BO7.
Participating Teams
The event will take as many as 8 teams in this prestigious stage of MLBB action. Three teams will be selected from the Closed qualifiers while the rest are invited and from other events. The slot allocations for the teams are as follows:
- Direct Invitation: three teams
- Closed Qualifiers: three teams
- Third-Party Tournaments: two teams

Prize Pool
The event has allocated a total of $40,000 as the prize pool. Besides the monetary benefits, there are exciting opportunities for the top two teams. The champion will qualify for the MSC 2024 and the runner-up will play in the Wildcard stage of the same event. Among the share of the prize pool, the champion will get the highest and the rest will be divided among the teams based on their placement and rankings after the end of the event.
