Disgaea RPG a new mobile RPG strategy game by Boltrend Games is finally out for the Global community, available for both Andriod and iOS devices. It is a new free-to-play take on the popular Disgaea series that has had many entries arrive in the past across consoles, PC and even mobile devices. Since release, one of the questions that had baffled the community most is the rerolling process of this game. Therefore in this Disgaea RPG Reroll Guide, we will give you the initial tips for rerolling for your favorite top characters on both android and iOS.
Reroll Guide in Disgaea
As we all know, rerolling is certainly a very important aspect of any Gacha game, be it from launch or any other point in the game. Since it’s the only way to get specific characters that you want for both free-to-players and those players that can do light spending money or even for whales.
Best Method to Reroll (Android only)
- First, close the game, then navigate to the Android folder in your phone’s internal storage.
- Then open the OBB folder and find the folder com.boltrend.disgaea.en, inside it you will find the OBB file main.97.com.boltrend.disgaea.en.obb, this is the downloaded data file.
- Next, copy or move this file to anywhere you like and then clear all the data of Disgaea, you can do this by navigating to the phone’s settings → apps → find Disgaea, and clear all data.
- Finally, move the OBB file main.97.com.boltrend.disgaea.en.obb that you copied/moved before back to com.boltrend.disgaea.en in the OBB folder.
- On opening the game you will be prompted with Google Play Games-Login again, skip it, and start with Guest Account.
- Repeat the process till you get the characters you want.
Best Method to Reroll (for both Android and iOS)
- First, close the game, and when you open it again instead of stating it go to Menu at the top-left of the screen.
- Select User Center→ Change Account → Login through another account.
- This process is limited and only do this if the first method doesn’t work for you.
The game has just launched for global, so we will update this if we get better methods to reroll.
Best Characters to reroll for in Disgaea
Disgaea features various protagonists from across the entire series like Laharl, Flonne, Etna, Adell, Mao, Valvatorez, and Killia. When starting rerolling, always aim for the top 4-star characters of the game. As advice, look out for the following three characters most as you start your venture.
Valvatorez
- Leader Ability: Sword-equipped Characters get an 18% ATK boost.
- Dupe will increase Skill DMG by 45%
Laharl
- Leader Ability: Increases stats for all your allies by 10% other than SPD.
- Dupe will also increase damage from skills by 45%
Desco
- Leader Ability: Increases stats for all your monster allies only by 11% other than SPD.
- Dupe will allow for enemy DEF reduction by 15%
- AOE skills have a low cost for activation
Continue the above methods and reroll till you get your favorite character and as expected the game allows you to awaken and upgrade characters up to level 9999 and make new combos and deal more damage in the turn-based battles along the way.
