This banner features the debut of Scaramouche as a playable character. He was first introduced as an NPC in Version 1.1, and later, he played an important role in the Inazuma Archon Quest. After a long wait, he is finally playable, and he will go by the name Wanderer from now on. Following Xiao and Heizou, Wanderer will also be an Anemo DPS. Anemo characters, both 4* and 5* usually tend to be great support characters, but Wanderer has the potential to be the best Anemo DPS so far.
The event-exclusive 5* character “Eons Adrift” Wanderer (anemo/catalyst) will receive a huge drop-rate boost during the banner period. Itto will be accompanied by the 4* characters “Enigmatic Machinist” Faruzan (anemo/bow), “Canine Warrior” Gorou (geo/bow), and “Wise Innocence” Yanfei (pyro/catalyst), who will also receive a huge drop-rate boost. Gorou and Yanfei are also permanently available in the Standard Wish – Wanderlust Invocation without any boosted drop rates. Genshin Impact Version 3.3 Phase I Weapon Banner: Epitome Invocation
This banner features the debut of Wanderer’s signature best-in-slot 5* weapon Tulaytullah’s Remembrance (catalyst), as well as a rerun of Arataki Itto’s signature best-in-slot 5* weapon, Redhorn Stonethresher (claymore).

The main attraction of Genshin Impact 3.3 Phase 1 banners is Wanderer. He is one of the most anticipated characters in Genshin Impact. He is looking to be a premier Anemo DPS, with a playstyle slightly similar to Heizou. He also possesses the vertical mobility of Venti/Kazuha, combined with the horizontal aerial mobility of Xiao, making him the best character for overworld traversal. Among the 5* weapons, the Redhorn Stonethresher has limited usability, it is only good on Itto and Noelle. Tulaytullah’s Remembrance is a good weapon for main DPS catalyst users who are normal attack reliant and frequently use the elemental skill. Other than Wanderer, only Heizou could potentially benefit from this weapon. Among the 4* weapons, the Sacrificial Sword and Favonious Warbow are great weapons to equip on supporting characters. However, it is never advisable to pull on the weapon banner just for the 4* weapons.
