Playdigious has announced the mobile port of the beloved indie classic Don’t Starve Together, coming to both Android and iOS on July 21, 2026. Developed by Klei Entertainment, this is a standalone multiplayer expansion of the popular survival game Don’t Starve, and is finally being ported after Netflix Games cancelled it alongside 5 other games back in January 2025.

So, Don’t Starve Together is finally making its way to mobile, and honestly, I’ve been waiting for this for a long time. After the Netflix situation, I’m really happy that Playdigious is bringing this acclaimed survival experience to more players. Soon, you can explore a strange and mysterious world teeming with odd creatures, dangers, and ancient secrets.
Here, you can roam a huge procedurally generated world filled with different biomes, gather resources, craft useful tools, and build your own survival base however you like. But I like the freedom the most here, since you can stay on the surface, venture into caves, explore Ancient Archive, or even sail toward the Lunar Islands.
You can farm, grow crops, and battle unique bosses with friends
And, I’m sure it’ll be fun to battle the seasonal bosses and more, and the best part is that you can team up with friends in private matches or meet other players online and play together. Beyond combat and exploration, you can also farm, grow crops, and support your fellow survivors.
Overall, this classic title already has overwhelmingly positive ratings on Steam, so I have high hopes for the mobile port too. Well, it’s coming with a revamped interface, controller compatibility, optimization, Cloud Save, and more, so it will be a smooth experience in my opinion.
