Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. has announced to launch its new management sim, ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet, on Android, iOS, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2 on October 23, 2026. Developed by Kairosoft Co., Ltd., it is based on the fan-favorite anime and manga series One Piece and features over 400 characters as staff and customers in this pixelated culinary experience.
Get ready to build Baratie Number Two with the Straw Hat Crew
As a longtime One Piece fan who has rewatched the anime four times now while waiting for new episodes, I can’t be happier seeing this new restaurant management sim, ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet. I mean, the idea of working alongside the Straw Hat Crew to transform Baratie Number Two into the greatest restaurant on the seas feels like a dream come true for fans like me.
Here, you join as a new staff member and begin managing your very first restaurant from a humble ship. Alongside Sanji, you can prepare iconic dishes such as Water-Water Meat BBQ and Sea King Penne Gorgonzola, arrange unique meal sets, and also go on adventures in search of even more recipes to expand your menu. It’ll be fun creating unique Devil Fruit-based dishes.
You can customize your restaurant and meet hundreds of familiar faces
And, besides cooking with Sanji, you can also personalize your restaurant using more than 200 furniture, building, and decorative items. And I like how characters can become regular customers if they enjoy the designs and atmosphere. Talking about characters, it introduces a whopping 400+ One Piece characters in charming pixel art form for the first time in a game.
Overall, the game looks super promising with its pixelated visuals, signature menus, variety of dishes, vast customization options inspired by dessert-themed Whole Cake Island pieces to futuristic Egghead items, character events and special character interactions, and more. I love Sanji a lot, and I can’t wait to start cooking alongside him, and I hope he fulfils his dream of finding the All Blue in the anime.
ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet is launching on Android, iOS, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2 on October 23, 2026. The game is yet to be listed on the app stores, so stay tuned for more updates!
