Pokémon GO Primal Rumblings Event Overview
Primal Rumblings event is available from Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. to Friday, February 24, 2023, at 10:00 p.m. local time. Trainers can look forward to the following during the event:
Encounters
- Wild Encounters: The following Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild.

Players get 2× XP for evolving Pokémon.
Raids
- One-Star: Treecko, Torchic, Mudkip
- Three-Star: Grovyle, Combusken, Marshtomp
- Five-Star: Rayquaza
- Mega: Latias, Latios
If Trainers are lucky, they may encounter a Shiny one.
Featured attack debut
- Rayquaza
Rayquaza will be familiar with the Charged Attack Breaking Swipe if it is faced during raids between Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at 10:00 am, and Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at 10:00 am local time.
- Breaking Swipe
- Trainer Battles: 50 power. When used, this move lowers your opponent’s Attack stat.
- Gyms and raids: 35 power
