Since the Indian Govt. banned the global version of PUBG Mobile, PUBG Corp. started preparing for its return to one of the biggest markets of the game, with over 50 Million monthly active users. Finally, the wait is about to get over as PUBG Mobile – India is now up for pre-registration on TapTap app.

The official release date of PUBG Mobile – India is still undisclosed. While it is already available for pre-registration on TapTap, it’s still not there in the Google Play Store or the App Store.
The game already has a rating of 9.9 on TapTap, which is not surprising at all given the popularity of the game in the country. The special India version on the game is expected to have India specific events as well as esports tournaments. PUBG Corp.’s parent firm KRAFTON is also eyeing a $100M investment project for the cultivation of the game in the country as well as hiring 100+ employees for the same.
