Ubisoft has opened registrations for the closed beta of its upcoming mobile game, Assassin's Creed Codename Jade

The game is set in China during the Tang Dynasty and features a new protagonist named Xiao

Players will be able to explore an open world, complete missions, and engage in combat

The game will also feature a new combat system that allows players to chain together attacks.

Assassin's Creed Codename Jade will be free-to-play with in-app purchases

The closed beta is currently only available for Android users in the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.

Registrations for the closed beta will be open until June 27th

The beta is expected to run from June 29th to July 5th

Assassin's Creed Codename Jade is expected to release globally later this year

Players who participate in the beta will receive in-game rewards.
