Farm more Crystals easily with these tips!

Story Highlights
  • Crystal is the premium currency of Girls Frontline Fire Control.
  • You can earn those regularly following certain tips.

Set in the Girls’ Frontline universe, Darkwinter Software Co., Ltd‘s Girls’ Frontline: Fire Control blends high-intensity shooting gameplay with deep team-building strategy. In this guide for Girls Frontline Fire Control, I will break down tips for getting the premium currency, Crystals, quickly, and give my opinion on where to use them.

If you are just starting Girls Frontline Fire Control, you should know some of the useful redeem codes to claim and acquire some useful freebies and starter rewards. You can also check out our beginner’s guide for a strong initial start, and don’t forget to check our tier list and level-up guide to save you a lot of trouble.

How to get more Crystals in Girls Frontline Fire Control

1. Progress through the beginner tutorial event

If you have just started playing Girls Frontline Fire Control, the game will offer you a 7-day beginner tutorial that you can follow to get a lot of rewards and skins, but even more importantly, it will give you the crystal needed for purchasing rare skins and many other items. I had gotten enough rewards to unlock all t-dolls, so you will definitely want to complete it.

You will have to do a specific guided task from the list, and each day, a new section of the guide gets unlocked, so you won’t have to get worried on getting stuck anywhere, as it was very easy for me to go through them. Be sure to complete them properly so as not miss anything; the beginner’s tutorial event ends once you get everything.

2. Get crystals through by leveling up

Once you get the hang of winning matches and getting Exps, you will notice you are leveling up, which is separate from T-Doll level up, as you have to manually do that, but in your account, you will automatically level up by doing matches and buying exp chips from the store(more on that below).

For now, there is a cap on the max level your account can get, and it’s 50 for now, unless they increase with updates, and once you hit that, no more crystals from there, so be sure to hit the levels fast to not waste your time on grinding matches.

3. Redeem Codes and Promo Offers

Another excellent source of Girls Frontline Fire Control comes from redeem codes. These codes are often time-limited or tied to specific events, so it pays to stay plugged into the community. So follow official social channels like official Facebook ID, Twitter, or join the game’s Discord and check regularly for new codes.

4. Daily free crystal in the store

Every day, the shop in Girls Frontline Fire Control offers you to buy 2 different crates of crystal, one of which offers a fixed 5 Crystals, and the other is a free purchase, which will give 2 Crystals. Since this is permanent and never runs out, you won’t have to worry about missing anything, but it will really get tedious if you don’t get the loot box one.

Usually, you will get the option to buy weekly and monthly free crystal crates, but as the name suggests, they are very limited. However, they offer good crystals, and event bundles will pop up from time to time, so never ignore those ones as well. As I wrote this guide, there is a Christmas event offering crystals exchange in the shop. So always keep an eye out for those shop events.

5. Always check your in-game Mail

Your in-game Mailbox is a treasure chest that many players overlook, but it’s one of the easiest ways to earn free crystals without grinding. Developers frequently send out crystals as part of update compensations, milestone celebrations, or maintenance rewards.

After every major update, event, or collaboration, head straight to your Mailbox, and chances are you’ll find a surprise bundle of Crystals waiting for you. These messages often have expiration timers, so make a habit of checking your Mailbox daily to avoid losing unclaimed rewards.

Where to spend your Crystals in Girls Frontline Fire Control

The in-game Shop is where your hard-earned Crystals truly matter. Here, you can spend your Crystals to purchase several important items like T-dolls, Exp Chips, Materials for leveling up T-Dolls, and High-rarity Skins.

These items are essential for expanding your roster, acquiring more characters, and obtaining level materials that strengthen your team’s overall skills. If you’re eyeing a specific limited skin, you can always save up for it and buy directly, but don’t spend them on the gacha system, it’s not gonna give you skin easily and will cost triple the amount, so go for direct buy always, and don’t get zero balance like me.

Final Thoughts

Losing and winning are part of life, so don’t be sad or angry when you lose a match, chin up and move to the next one, because sometimes the enemies are just having a good day. All characters have different tactical loadouts. If one doesn’t work for you, keep experimenting with different builds until you find the best suited for you. It takes patience, but it gives the best result as well.
