An Among Us official animated series is in the works at Paramount’s CBS Studios. CBS Studios announced that they are collaborating with renowned creator Owen Dennis, known for his work on the critically acclaimed series ‘Infinity Train’, to develop an animated series based on the popular video game Among Us.
The premise of the series will follow the basic idea of the game
As per the official logline, the series will be based entirely on the premise of the game that is: There is a crew of astronauts on a ship in space. However, lurking among the crew are impostors whose goal is to eliminate the innocent crew members and take control of the ship.
The crew members must complete various tasks to keep the ship running smoothly while trying to identify and vote out the impostors. The imposter’s job is to deceive the crew members, sabotage their efforts, and eliminate them one by one without getting caught.
The animation studio for the series is set to be Titmouse along with Dennis, Forest Willard, Marcus Bromander, Carl Neisser of Innersloth, and others as executive producers.
