Gameloft, a leader in publishing popular mobile IPs, and with their all popular racing title the Asphalt series, in partnership with Decca Records US (a division of Verve Label Group) are thrilled to announce the release of the new compilation album High Scores: Music From Gameloft Games consisting the background scores of their popular gaming titles.
A compilation album based on successful titles by Gameloft
High Scores presents music from some of the most famous and beloved mobile games of all time, spanning twenty years of mobile gaming, and including the globally successful Asphalt franchise, which has surpassed one billion downloads worldwide.
Revisiting these tracks is like going through time. Given that a large amount of this music was composed for older devices with limited audio capabilities, it’s refreshing to hear how well they’ve stood the test of time. Creating these medleys was an interesting challenge, condensing hours of music into a brand new, bite-size format. It was a pleasure to work on, and I hope it resonates with Gameloft fans, old and new, who can discover this music over modern streaming platforms for the first time
