Free Fire MCPS Majors Season 6: Teams, Format, Prize Pool, and More

The champion team will qualify for the FFWS 2023!

The professional league of Free Fire esports scene in the MCP (Malaysia, Cambodia, Philippines) and Sri Lanka is about to begin. Ahead of the biggest esports event of Garena’s popular battle royale, the game is now looking to conclude the 2023 esports year successfully. Scheduled to kick off on the 16th of September 2023, the Free Fire MCPS Majors Season 6 will feature a total of 18 teams and a whopping $50,000 as the prize pool. Besides the massive prize pool, the champion team of the event will also qualify for the FFWS 2023.

Free Fire MCPS Majors Season 6: Schedule and Format

The event will walk a long road from the beginning. Starting from the in-game qualifiers, it will end after the commencement of the grand finals. However, the actual fun begins from the League stage. From the 16th of September, 18 teams will join the league stage.

It will be played for two weeks and each week will have two matchdays of 4 matches in a day. Matches will be held in a round-robin format. The league stage will conclude on the 24th of September by promoting the top 12 teams to the next stage, the grand finals.

From the 6th of October to the 8th, the grand finals of the MCPS Majors Season 6 will take place. With a total of 18 matches, the crowned champion will be decided. The champion team will represent the MCPS region in the international event of Free Fire Esports.

18 teams will fight against each other across several maps of Free Fire. Among the teams, 6 teams are from MCPS Majors Season 5 and the rest 12 are from the Qualifiers. The list of the teams is as follows.
