The Wasteland Season is upon us this November, and Clash of Clans players are in for a wild ride as the game brings the Wasteland Rumble Challenge. Of course, there is a base to beat, and what we have is a nice guide to break down the strategies for a 3-star.
Introducing the Wasteland Rumble Challenge in Clash of Clans
Another tough to look at base here, and you need to play this one carefully since there are a lot of things to follow here. Troop placements become important here, and the strategy can differ, so better you test out some attacks before going for the final one.
The rewards will be distributed as in previous challenges; you will receive extra resources along with 400 XP, 25 Gems, and 1x Resource Potion.
How to beat the Wasteland Rumble Challenge in Clash of Clans
Now, let’s break down the strategy. Start by deploying your Archer Queen near the Monolith, closer to the Gold Storage, so that she targets the Monolith first. Activate her ability right after placing her. Once the Tesla appears and she destroys both the Tesla and Gold Storage, recall her using the Recall Spell.
Make sure you don’t miss recalling her, as she should return to your troop bar once she’s done. Next, head to the bottom of the base and place the three Furnaces; they’ll naturally move to the left. Then move to the left side and drop your Ice Hound to the left of the Builder Hut, followed by two Dragon Riders.
Use your Overgrowth Spell on the Clan Castle to lock down the Town Hall and reduce damage. On the left, Scattershot, deploy two Ice Golems and three Wall Breakers slightly to the side. Then send in your Barbarian King, two Super Valkyries, and two Druids.
On the opposite side, place one Ice Golem, your Battle Drill, Minion Prince, the recalled Archer Queen, and two more Druids. At the right side of the base, deploy your Royal Champion. As she hits the Tesla, use her ability and drop an Earthquake Spell on the Fire Spitter.
When the Minion Prince moves toward the center, trigger his ability to freeze defenses. Once your King reaches the middle area, use his ability as well. You can drop the remaining Wall Breakers behind to help the Archer Queen move deeper into the base. Well, with that, you clear the base for a three-star attack.
