Level Infinite’s Crossfire: Legends is a first-person shooter title, now reviving the original mobile version of the beloved shooter that ended in 2018. In this Crossfire: Legends Customer Support Guide, I will show you how to reach the customer service support team and resolve any issues you face in-game.

Crossfire: Legends recently soft launched this month in SEA regions, and since the game is relatively new, it is completely normal to encounter any issues while playing. However, there is no need to worry, as you can always contact the game’s customer support team for help with any in-game problems, either through in-game customer support, their official social media channels, or via email.

How to Contact via the in-game customer service option

Follow these steps if you want to contact the customer service team through the in-game option:

  • First, launch the game on your device.
  • Next, tap on Customer Service icon with a helmet at the top right side of the loading screen.
  • You’ll be redirected to the Customer Service Center.
  • Here, you’ll find various options for Account, Client, and Gameplay.
  • To contact support directly, tap on Contact Us at the top right side near the arrow sign.

  • Now, select the Issue Category from Account Issue, Penalty Issue, Reporting Issue, Bug Feedback, and more.
  • If you choose Bug Feedback, also pick the Abnormal Scenario of the issue, then enter your UID, how often it occurs, Date of Occurrence, and your Device Model.
  • After that, write a detailed description of the issue.
  • Lastly, check the box and enter your email and verify it.
  • Submit it and you’re done.

How to Contact via the Crossfire: Legends official website

If your issue is not solved after following the previous steps, your next option is to visit their official website. However, you won’t find any support there, so this method is not viable for this title. So, you can instead mail them at Support_cfl@proximabeta.com.

How to Contact the Developer Team Directly

If you are still facing issues and want to contact the developer team directly,  you can do so by reaching out to the game’s official social media channels. You can try to contact them via the the official Facebook, or join their Discord Server for more support and assistance.
