eFootball 2026 has a new Nominating Contract refresh this December 2025, and it is called the Clutch Players selection. A good combination of player picks, but yes, confusion on whom to select is always a weird headache. So, here’s my verdict and ranked picks for who’s truly worth your contracts.
eFootball 2026 ‘Clutch Players’ December 2025 NC players listed
Leandro Trossard
- Position: LWF
- Playing Style: Creative Playmaker
Despite being listed as an LWF, Trossard‘s card doesn’t really scream traditional wing play. He’s much more comfortable drifting inside, keeping possession, and linking passes since Creative Playmaker is a bad fit for wide-play.

On the ball, he feels secure thanks to good balance and control; numbers are good. Speed is close to 90s, and acceleration follows the same pattern. Passing and finishing numbers are decent. Overall, a usable card.
Gonçalo Ramos
- Position: CF
- Playing Style: Goal Poacher
Nothing special about this card, straight up. I would say another card you can try having fun with. His role is clear: stay central, make runs, and finish chances. Movement inside the box feels reliable, but holding the ball seems to be a chore for me sometimes.

He isn’t a smooth card to dribble, unlike my experience with his other cards. Finishes are good, but they don’t feel powerful in my opinion. He is not flashy, not endgame, but dependable if you know what you’re using him for.
Harry Maguire
- Position: CB
- Playing Style: Build Up
This Maguire card sticks very close to the classic build-up CB profile. Strong physically, good in the air, and most comfortable holding shape. Aerial duels are where he shines, and against physical forwards, he feels solid and difficult to bully.

Defensive awareness and engagement do a lot of the work here, especially in low or mid blocks. The obvious limitation is pace. Against quick strikers, he needs cover. Still, the new meta seemingly supports his play without the pace as well.
Ángel Correa
- Position: RWF
- Playing Style: Roaming Flank

Another one of those same winger profiles with strong dribbling and pace. All these numbers climb to 90 in your own build. Haven’t had any experience playing with Correa, but yes, it seems to me a one-dimensional card that can dribble and burst through, but yes, that’s about it.
Federico Chiesa
- Position: LWF
- Playing Style: Prolific Winger

Playstyle of a pure winger, finally, but it is similar to Correa in numbers. From my experience with his previous cards, he is a strong dribbler and has good control over the ball. Also, the weak foot usage being on the stronger makes him a usable card.
Davide Frattesi
- Position: CMF
- Playing Style: Hole Player

Frattesi is a classic engine-type midfielder, going by the stats and also the playstyle. Work rate and stamina stand out, and as a CMF, he does get decent distribution, but yeah, for a Hole Player, an AMF build would be better. Still, doesn’t cut to be a strong enough pick.
James Milner
- Position: CMF
- Playing Style: Box To Box

Milner’s card is all about utility. There’s nothing flashy here, but the fundamentals are covered well enough to make him usable in rotation. Not the old card where he can do a full 90, but passing and holding the ball are his strengths.
Roony Bardghji
- Position: RWF
- Playing Style: Prolific Winger
Bardghji feels like a development-oriented winger rather than a finished product. The technical base is there, and that’s where most of his value comes from. The dribbling is so much fun with him, and the speed is also excellent.

Physically, though, he can struggle against stronger defenders, and this is kind of expected with his frame. But for a 4-Star NC, he brought in good value for me.
