KONAMI has released yet another new Epic pack in eFootball 2026, this time featuring the FC Barcelona trio from the Golden era. Ronald Koeman is the new Legend arrival, alongside Romario and Pep Guardiola, so let us take a look at all the three epics and see if they are worth any spins.
eFootball 2026 Epic FC Barcelona players list
Romario
- Position: CF
- Playing Style: Goal Poacher
- Show Time Skills: Phenomenal Finishing and Willpower
Romário is one of those cards where you don’t even need to check the numbers; you just know he’s going to feel electric the moment you drop him into a match. Any long-time eFootball player will tell you the same thing: once Romário gets inside the box, the chance is as good as gone.
I have this Iconic Moment turned Legendary card still, and he is a lethal addition. And with these new Show Time additions and boost in stats, that performance only gets bigger. A short yet unbelievably sharp striker with explosive movement, smooth close control, and that signature toe-poke style finish.
I tried him out for a few matches, and honestly, he feels exactly like a player made for this gameplay meta. Defending is messy, everyone’s making last-ditch tackles, and here comes Romário just slipping through tiny gaps like it’s nothing.
However, I did find something interesting. His playing style is a Goal Poacher, but he kind of plays like a FITB? His runs for some reason aren’t as frequent as one would expect from him, very strange. Still, he is my favorite striker now; goals out of nowhere are his trademark.
Ronald Koeman
- Position: CB
- Playing Style: Destroyer
- Showtime Skill: Fortress and Low Screamer
Here’s the guy in question, and also, there are a lot of debates surrounding him. Initial impressions were that he’s strong, aggressive, and steps into tackles. The latter part is what I felt was the best thing about him is how clean he feels.
A lot of Destroyer-type defenders in eFootball can feel clunky or late to react, but Koeman actually feels sharp when reading passes and stepping up. So yes, among defenders, I felt he was the smoothest till now. But apart from this, the problems kind of start creeping up.
The biggest flaw is that he is neither a pure defender nor a midfielder. His skills are all over the place, and honestly, he isn’t the best in either. However, I did find using him at DMF would be his best role, of course, after giving him Aerial skills so that he can also be used at CB whenever needed.
Pep Guardiola
- Position: DMF
- Playing Style: Orchestrator
- Showtime Skill: Visionary Pass
Pep is the calmest DMF you can find; he is very smooth to use, hence there is little worry about him working in spaces. The biggest strength of this card is how natural he feels on the ball. His touches are smooth, his turning radius is surprisingly tight, and he rarely loses the ball when pressured.
Visionary Pass for an Orchestrator DMF has been a blessing because of Fabio Capello in the mix, so your striker always gets a needed advantage. Defensively, he’s not a destroyer, but his positioning is smart. He steps into tackles cleanly and reads passing lanes better than most DMFs in the game.
Verdict on the eFootball 2026 Epic FC Barcelona players
For a Barca fan, for me, this pack was a must. I was surprised with Koeman, as I felt he was pretty good at DMF and is a strong card. Lack of skills was something I felt bad about. Romario is Romario, and Guardiola is a really good ground DMF, so overall, this pack brings decent value.
