The excitement in eFootball 2026 continues with another fantastic Epic pack featuring three Attacking Midfield options here, thanks to the National Midfielders pack. Featuring Francesco Totti, Michel Platini, and Tomáš Rosický.
All three look like strong picks, and for sure, all three being AMFs might be difficult to accommodate completely, as you can maximum start two of them to keep the side balanced. Still, who’s worth it for a spin? My verdict is here.
eFootball 2026 Epic National Midfielders players
Francesco Totti
- Position: AMF
- Playing Style: Creative Playmaker
- Showtime Skill: Phenomenal Finishing and Low Screamer
Totti instantly reads like that classic all-around AMF who doesn’t really need introducing. With a proper build, 10 of his attributes go over the 90 mark. I feel stats-wise, this is his strongest card. Going by the numbers themselves, you know it is a typical Totti card.
His ball control and tight possession section looks clean, and the finishing line is strong enough that Phenomenal Finishing actually fits him well. Felt Low Screamer was a waste, never got the idea of that skill anyway, Phenomenal Pass or Momentum Dribbling would have suited him better.
Passing-wise, he looks great, too. Nothing crazy, but definitely strong enough to link midfield and attack. His movement is more about finding pockets and delivering the final ball rather than running around like a second striker with the Creative Playmaker playstyle.
With Super Sub included, he also becomes that late-game option who can come on and instantly shift momentum. With proficiency in CF/SS/AMF, he fits in each of these roles, but my pitch would be at SS, where his numbers are really end-game level.
Michel Platini
- Position: AMF
- Playing Style: Hole Player
- Showtime Skill: Momentum Dribbling and Visionary Pass
Hole Player Platini is a gem to use, and here compared to last year’s Hole Player version, we have to skills in addition to stat improvements. His main strength is dribbling, as his first touch, dribbling, and tight possession numbers all point to someone who glides on the pitch.
Compared to Totti, my build has 12 attributes over 90, and that is insanely good. Momentum Dribbling actually matches him nicely, and I could cut down a lot of dribbling progression because this skill is really handy. Visionary Pass is a good skill to have for a creative forward.
Something I noticed with this card is that Platini feels more like a controller who attacks when the gap opens. Even though he is a Hole Player, most players in this role lean toward attacking runs. He can shoot, pass, or carry depending on the situation.
No weak foot is a huge plus; he can play at SS and AMF, where I suggest going for the former. Long Range Shooting skill is a miss; give him that.
Tomáš Rosický
- Position: AMF
- Playing Style: Hole Player
- Showtime Skill: Phenomenal Pass
Rosicky is an underrated option, and this card thankfully gets a decent boost in numbers. His ball control and tight possession sections look high and smooth, and his dribbling line basically sets him up as the quick turn creator.
Hole Player fits him well because he naturally makes those late runs and carries the ball through tight spaces. Phenomenal Pass is a good match, too, since his passing zones are already reliable enough to thread through balls.
Other than that, he is just a decent option, and given how many AMF options we’ve been getting, he doesn’t look anywhere close to a massive upgrade.
Verdict on the eFootball 2026 National Midfielders players
All three players are pretty good picks if you ask me, but the first two are legit strong end-game options that could have been elevated even further because of the Show Time skills that have been offered. Also would have been more preferred if the pack had all positions. Spending coins on one single AMF option doesn’t look like a value proposition.
