Another Epic pack has landed in eFootball 2026, and this might be a tempting try for most of them, with the Worldwide national picks in the frame. With Neymar Jr, Paolo Maldini, and Raul in this lineup, I’m sure spinning for this pack would be a preference for many.
But given how many cards are being dished out by the makers alongside the high-rated players in the picture, we surely can wait for better picks. So, are these picks the crop of “better players”? Let us take a good look at them.
Players from the Worldwide pack in eFootball 2026
Neymar Jr
- Position: LMF
- Playing Style: Hole Player
- Showtime Skill: Momentum Dribbling and Acceleration Burst
Neymar cards in eFootball always carry a certain magic, and this Epic version is no different. The moment you drop him into the lineup, you instantly feel that smoothness. I always felt Neymar automatically came with Momentum Dribbling; hence, if I’m being honest, this ST skill doesn’t make a difference, in a good way.
The Hole Player style suits him far more than expected, letting him drift into pockets without forcing anything. He still isn’t someone who will bully or outmuscle defenders, but honestly, with his balance and rapid acceleration, you rarely get into those direct collisions anyway.
If you plan on picking him, I’d say the mandatory additions are Long Range Shooting, Outside Curler, and One Touch Pass skills. Hole Player suits at AMF/SS, so a preferable build where he is playing close to goal is suggested, since he is made for that role.
Paolo Maldini
- Position: LB
- Playing Style: Defensive Fullback
- Showtime Skill: Fortress and Aerial Fort
Fullback position and Defensive Fullback playstyle. Seems like a deadly combo to build and use as a CB, right? Well, it would be even better if that player were named Maldini. Without a doubt, this card might be his best, since he is unofficially the highest-rated CB, if only the game reflected it.
110 rated when trained as a centre-back. Absolutely bonker numbers. He is that ideal build-up card one would want to have. On the ball, he’s surprisingly composed, and his passing animations are smoother than you’d expect for someone with his player ID.
As an LB, this is not an attacking wingback, though. He will give you safe progression, but if you want overlap spam, this isn’t that type of card. For CB, he missed out on Heading and Aerial Superiority, which is shocking, so add them before you play him there.
Raúl
- Position: CF
- Playing Style: Dummy Runner
- Showtime Skill: Blitz Curler
A solid offering if you ask me, Dummy Runner is a fantastic playstyle that needs more love. Raúl is one of those cards that always feel smooth, and this Epic version plays into his strengths perfectly. The Dummy Runner style means consistent movement, sneaking between defenders, and dragging them off your strikers.
Blitz Curler comes as a completely random skill for him, but I like it. He has great power, curl, and finishing numbers, so you can easily get goals from his end. I’m yet to try curling from his right; his weak foot numbers are almost close to the best.
He also packs all the needed CF/SS skills, so there’s nothing extra needed to add. He is great at CF, but SS, where he sits in between two strikers, is something I tried and made work, so my suggestion is the same.
Best pick from the Worldwide pack in eFootball 2026
The best pick for me would be Neymar, though Maldini comes very close. Maldini in eFootball 2025 is a blockbuster card, no doubt about that. But I still feel that using Defensive Fullbacks as makeshift centre-backs, even if they’re really good, just isn’t something I’d recommend.
Still, you get a Top-5 Hole Player card in Neymar with Raul being the best Dummy Runner option by far, so this is a pack you shouldn’t miss if you have the coins to burn.
