eFootball 2026 has released the National Legends Selection Contract for 900 coins, introducing a few Epic players who have served their respective national teams excellently. For F2Ps, there are some incredibly good cards, but surely there’s a good amount of concern about whom to choose from.
16 players up for grabs, a really confusing scenario about who can be the better pick of them all. Well, I have analyzed all the cards, and will drop the top 5 picks you should choose, alongside the tier list of the players from the options available.
eFootball 2026 National Legends Selection Contract: Top 5 Players to pick
Choosing only five players from a 16-player National Legends pack isn’t easy, but based on how these cards are built, their playstyles, and how they fit the current meta, these are the ones that genuinely stand out.
1. Atep Rizal
- Position: LWF
- Playing Style: Prolific Winger
- Show Time Skills: Blitz Curler
Before looking into his details, I expected Atep to be one of those lightweight wingers who dribble well but don’t offer much end product. After checking the actual build, he feels more complete than that. He has the acceleration and tight control you want from a Prolific Winger.

One of the main reasons to pick him is Blitz Curler. Yes, we have had free cards with this one, but here is a good rarity: he can Blitz Curl using both his feet. Just position train him to RWF, and he can play both wings, and you have a solid winger here.
6-4-11-9-8 is the build I suggest. Usually, I don’t discuss this part, but this must be your progression allocation to make him work. I’d add skills like Pinpoint Crossing, First Time Shot, and One Touch Pass to make him more complete.
2. Yoichiro Kakitani
- Position: CF
- Playing Style: Deep-Lying Forward
- Show Time Skills: Phenomenal Finishing
Kakitani is the most unique pick in the pack, mainly because he isn’t your typical striker. He looks like he plays like a technical second forward who wants the ball at his feet, and that style is supported by his player build.

Not being a Goal Poacher actually works in his favour because he creates more than the usual CF. Phenomenal Finishing makes him dangerous inside the box, and he will still make them forward runs. He also comes with the needed skills for the role.
He has the traits you want for a technical forward: good ball control, smooth turns, and enough pace to move into space. Physical contact is a miss, but if you know how to use his strengths, I find no problems with this card being your pick.
3. Kiatisuk Senamuang
- Position: CF
- Playing Style: Goal Poacher
- Show Time Skills: Acceleration Burst
My personal favourite here, because this is a really good Goal Poacher card. Senamuang is your mini-Inzaghi, and I can guarantee no other card from the pack would fit the Goal Poacher role as well as this guy.

Kiatisuk stands out because his offensive awareness hits close to 100, and that alone usually makes a Goal Poacher reliable in the box. His acceleration and speed are high, and he has a strong mix of finishing, dribbling, and balance for his role.
His height and size are also similar to Mbappe, and you know how well he performs. Dribbling might be one of the rough sides with early 80s numbers, but as a pure penalty-box striker, I feel just track his runs, and wrap up the finish.
4. Mokhtar Dahari
- Position: CF
- Playing Style: Goal Poacher
- Show Time Skills: Phenomenal Finishing
Many would keep him as a top 2 choice, and honestly, it is a stellar card by all means. He has pace, balance, and stamina, so he stays active throughout the match. His movement feels lively, and he writes the classic goal poacher profile very well.

He looks like he gets into good areas and doesn’t need too many touches to take a shot. He isn’t meant to be a physically dominant No. 9; he is one of the shortest players for sure, and light weight might make it easy to bully him off the ball. For that reason, he isn’t my top pick, but still a strong one.
5. Sunil Chhetri
- Position: CF
- Playing Style: Goal Poacher
- Show Time Skills: Phenomenal Finishing
I tried his Epic version earlier and have explained in detail in my guide; still, a short review. This card feels very close in terms of how he plays. The numbers don’t look impressive at first, but once in-game, he moves well, makes clean runs, and has good finishing ability.

He feels like a smaller version of those classic short poachers, of course, not the most physical, but always in the right place. His biggest advantage is how smooth he feels in tight areas. The downside is stamina and physicality, so I don’t think we should expect him to last the full game.
Using him as a Super Sub works great, and One Touch Pass is a must-add because of how cleanly he links play. He’s consistent and reliable, even if his card doesn’t look the most eye-catching card of the lot.
Honourable Mention: Burak Yılmaz
- Position: CF
- Playing Style: Goal Poacher
- Show Time Skills: Blitz Curler
Burak is a different profile compared to the other forwards here. He’s more direct, more powerful, and his shooting is his biggest weapon. If you want a striker who hits the ball with real force and can score from distance, he fits that role well.

Look at his card; he has all the shooting skills needed. He is also quick, with the right build can take his speed and acceleration over 90s. His long-range threat and physical presence make him a valuable asset when you need a different type of striker.
Blitz Curler plays into his shooting style nicely, with both feet. He is not for build-up play, dribbling is average, and he isn’t a full 90 player. For a Super Sub, he can be amazing, and I personally feel he works well in an LBC setup.
eFootball 2026 National Legends Selection Contract Tier List
Here’s my tier list of players after reviewing them by their stats and progression point experiments.
| Tier | Players |
|---|---|
| SSS (Endgame) | None |
| SS (Excellent) | Yoichiro Kakitani, Atep Rizal, Mokhtar Dahari, Sunil Chhetri, Kiatisuk Senamuang, Burak Yılmaz |
| S (Strong) | Moussa Sow, Rafael Márquez, Clint Dempsey, Medhi Benatia, Denilson |
| A (Good) | Majed Abdullah, Nashat Akram, Ahmed Hassan, Park Ji-Sung, Nwankwo Kanu |
| B (Average) | None |
| C (Below Average) | None |
Moussa Sow is almost close to that SS range, but I felt the weak foot being negligible is a big problem for a Fox in the Box player who will be lurking near the scoring area. Both the defenders are good picks too, but the speed meta shouldn’t be neglected, I felt, and the strikers gave better value.
Denilson is a dribbler’s delight, but not very confident about this pick since he is one dimentional. Putting Park Ji-Sung in A tier definitely hurt, but the card isn’t really usable in high-level. 80+ stats across all departments, but that makes him a jack of all trades, and master of none.
