eFootball 2026eFootball 2026 brings the Show Time National Teams pack, featuring some top-tier additions for your squad. Along with this comes a Selection Contract, bringing the option to nominate one of these national team stars.
This time, four players are available in the Show Time National Teams Selection: Jordan Henderson, Bernardo Silva, Marquinhos, and Andrew Robertson. Each comes with a Show Time skill, and all are amazing picks, so who to choose here? Here’s my overview of the four.
eFootball 2026 Show Time National Teams Selection Contract picks
Jordan Henderson
- Position: DMF
- Playing Style: Anchor Man
- Showtime Skill: Long-Reach Tackle
Before writing this piece, I had already seen the discussions on how Henderson is going to be their respective picks. Well, fair enough, you have the best DMF playstyle, a Show Time skill that is best in defense, while also having stats that say “pretty good“.

I was pretty surprised as I only tried Henderson’s base card during Liverpool events, and nowhere else. Because this card is a really promising one. He’s built to intercept and organize play from deep, with the Long-Reach Tackle giving him that extra edge in cutting off passes or stopping transitions.
He is also an excellent passer, with skills that suit him. Still, I won’t consider him as a pure DMF; you need to add skills such as Sliding Tackle and Man Marking, while Heading, Acrobatic Clearance, and Aerial Superiority are the secondary skills to add.
Bernardo Silva
- Position: RWF
- Playing Style: Creative Playmaker
- Showtime Skill: Visionary Pass
Before even checking the card in detail, I knew this one was going to catch attention, and looking at it now, it’s clear why. Bernardo has always been that smooth operator who makes football look easy, and I have been a fan of him since his B2B POTW card got released.

Of course, this isn’t the same playstyle, but something’s not going to change: the smoothness he has on the ball. Auto build numbers hit his dribbling and passing numbers to peak, and even with the playstyle not being a preferred one, he ticks all the boxes needed for an AMF/RWF.
I’m a fan of the Visionary Pass skill, which I find really effective when feeding the final ball, so he plays that role here. Personally, I’d say if you pick him, you could use him as a central playmaker for the best effect. If you plan to build around possession play, he’s going to feel right at home.
Marquinhos
- Position: CB
- Playing Style: Build Up
- Showtime Skill: Aerial Fort
A really good card here, Marquinhos has a good player ID and can say it’s like a mini-Baresi, really good ground defending. Looking at his older cards and the stats on the new ones, he feels like the kind of defender who always seems to be rated right and reflects the same on the pitch.

He doesn’t dive into tackles recklessly; instead, he reads the game well and intercepts before danger even begins. Aerially, he’s just as good, comes with the stats and height good enough, and that Show Time skill gives him the upper hand in duels.
Of course, the only thing that’ll stop you from getting him is the pace, which I do feel isn’t the ideal number. 85 has been the norm for many defenders, but still, with the right setup, you can easily use him since his positioning is his strength. Sliding Tackle skill is a must.
Andrew Robertson
- Position: LB
- Playing Style: Offensive Fullback
- Showtime Skill: Edged Crossing
The moment I saw Robertson’s card, my first thought was, of course, he’s exactly how you’d expect him to be: full of energy, pressing high, and always ready to cross. The Offensive Fullback playstyle with the Edged Crossing Show Time skill is a dream combination for anyone who loves to loft the ball in.

Robertson feels like that player who never slows down. He’ll chase every loose ball, recover fast, and still have enough stamina left to whip in dangerous deliveries late in the game. He doesn’t have a weakness in this card, and stamina is always a big plus for any fullback.
The autobuild doesn’t do justice, and I would prefer a 5-4-8-12-4-10, which is well balanced while also taking him to 103, which the former doesn’t do. I’d say you can even train him slightly toward a wide midfielder build since he can easily perform there, too.
eFootball 2026 Show Time National Teams Selection: Verdict and Tier List
Since I can’t try all four cards unless my friends pick different ones and help me out, here is my early verdict on the basis of stats and the experiences I had with their base cards.
| Tier | Players |
|---|---|
| SSS (Overpowered) | None |
| SS (Very Strong) | Bernardo Silva, Jordan Henderson |
| S (Strong) | Marquinhos, Andrew Robertson |
| A (Good) | None |
| B (Average) | None |
| C (Below Average) | None |
Many must be surprised by the inclusion of Silva, since I’m sure he was the one who was the least preferred pick. While the overall package is considered, all four come in handy. But if I had to pick someone who’s “ready“, it would be Bernardo Silva.
For his role, he is already a perfect fit. For the rest of them, you need to add skills and make them the best. Also, after Henderson, he is the best ST skill for the position combo. Also, to add, Creative Playmaker AMF as an option is minimal compared to the other three.
That said, you can pick any of the four, but if I were to share my order, it would be Bernardo Silva, Jordan Henderson, Andrew Robertson, and Marquinhos. Related eFootball 2026 articles:
