  • Tap on the three-dot icon located at the bottom right corner of the game screen.
  • A list of menu options to navigate to would pop up at the center of your screen, next. Players must navigate to Settings from there.
  • The in-game Settings menu would pop up on your screen next. Players must scroll down and choose the Customer Support option.

  • While on the customer support page, you will discover that there are primarily three ways of contacting the Support team, namely, Raising a Ticket, Emailing the support team, and leaving a message for the Customer Support account. Let us look at all of them one by one

Raising a Ticket

  • Tap on the Go button under the Ticket section.
  • This would take you to the My Tickets Home page from where you can keep a tab of the existing inquiries that you have raised. To raise a new inquiry, tap on the Message/Chat icon located at the bottom right corner of this page.

  • You would then be taken to the Contact Us page. You must type about your exact issue in detail and send that as a message. Additional file attachments containing screenshots from your issue can be sent for better and quicker assistance.
  • An agent from the Customer Support team will get back to you as soon as he/she is available. Make sure that you are proactively checking out this section once you have raised a ticket.

Emailing the Support team

You may email the support team directly and get your issue resolved. To do so:

  • Tap on the Go button under the Email section.
  • This would redirect you to the email composition page of your primary email account.

  • Some of the important information like your Player ID, Player Name, Server, and various other technical aspects will be pre-populating as a footnote to your email. All users need to do is provide a subject for the email and describe their issue in detail under the Body section.
  • Attach screenshots of your issue (if applicable) for better assistance. Finally, tap on the Send button to successfully raise an Email request.

The developer team will get back to you at the same email address within 72 hours. You may do additional follow-ups in the same mail thread if required.

Messaging the Team

This should be your least favored option to contact the support team as the lines would be busy at most times. However, if you press the Go button under this section and an agent is available, you will be directly connected to an agent from the Support team who will look to resolve your case then and there. Though it appears to be a fast option, the agents would mostly be busy with someone else.

How to Contact the Developer Team Directly

Another approach could be to reach out to the Developers at TG Inc. directly via their social media handles.
