Launch the game on your mobile device. Once the in-game home screen has loaded, adhere to the steps below:

  • Tap on the cogwheel icon located at the upper right corner of the game screen.
  • This would re-direct you to the in-game Settings menu which houses multiple navigable options. Navigate to the Support section by tapping on the Support button.
  • This would take you to the official Help Center of Fall Guys where you will discover that the developers have pre-addressed some of the Frequently Asked Queries about Account, Gameplay, Technical Support, Trending Queries, and other miscellaneous issues. Scroll up to the Articles by Topics section and choose the relevant category from the drop-down list.
  • All queries addressed under that topic would appear next on your screen. Scroll down till you come across your inquiry. To read the answer/fix for it, simply tap on that. Raising a Support Request

However, the Start a Live Chat option would be greyed out if an agent is not available. You may directly enter into a private chat room with an agent to get your issue resolved or Submit an Email request if all agents are busy.

When you submit an email request, the support team will get back to you in the email address provided, within 72 hours. You may do additional follow-ups in the same mail chain if required.

How to Contact via the official website of Fall Guys

You can directly go to the official help website of Fall Guys and access the customer service option from there. It could be another alternative in case you are facing login problems and cannot access the in-game support option.

  • You must visit the official website of Fall Guys here.
  • Once redirected to the Epic Games Help Center, check if you are already signed in to Epic Games via your device. Tap on the three-line bar located at the upper right corner of the game screen to check the same. Make sure that you’re signed in to your Epic Games account first.
