Fortnite is one of the most famous games from Epic Games and it’s an action-packed battle royale game where players need to fight against each other and come out victorious at the end by defeating everyone else. One of the reasons for its huge popularity is the big number of cosmetics, outfits, and skins it provides for its players each month which always keeps the game interesting and something to play for. This time around the Renegade Runner Outfit has been introduced in Fortnite, and here’s how one can acquire it in Chapter 4 Season 2.

Grab your Duos partner for the Renegade Runner Cup
Renegade Runner is the name of the updated version of Renegade Raider. On Wednesday, April 12, you can take part in the Renegade Runner Cup to unlock the skin for free if you enjoy it.
The event will take place at various times around the globe. Open the game and look at the Compete page to see the precise time for your location. You will need to locate a partner because the Cup is a Duo tournament, regardless of your region.
You can participate in the Renegade Runner Cup (Battle Royale) or Zero Build Renegade Runner Cup on Wednesday, April 12. Choose the Battle Royale game that best suits you from the two that will be running concurrently!
Join the top point-earning players in your area in either Cup to unlock the Renegade Runner Outfit (+ Raider’s Rucksack Back Bling), Renegade Star Pickaxe, and Mark of the Renegade Wrap before they are available in the Item Shop! Moreover, you may unlock the Starry Raider Emoticon by scoring at least eight points in each Cup, and the previously mentioned Renegade Reunion Loading Screen can be obtained by scoring at least 16 points.
Competitors in both Cups have a three-hour time window in which to play up to ten matches. The precise event timing for each region may be seen in the game’s Compete menu. The following format will be used for scoring:

- 2nd: 22 Points
- 3rd: 20 Points
- 4th: 18 Points
- 5th: 17 Points
- 6th: 16 Points
- 7th: 15 Points
- 8th: 14 Points
- 9th: 13 Points
- 10th: 12 Points
- 11th: 11 Points
- 12th: 10 Points
- 13th: 9 Points
- 14th: 8 Points
- 15th: 7 Points
- 16th: 6 Points
- 17th: 5 Points
- 18th – 19th: 4 Points
- 20th – 21st: 3 Points
- 22nd – 23rd: 2 Points
- 24th – 25th: 1 Point
The good news is that players of Zero Build will also be able to get the new skin for free. Both the standard and Zero Build versions of the game will be available at the next Cup. A total of 4,000 players will each get the skin for nothing. Also, the top players will receive matching pickaxes, wraps, and back bling. Also, those who score eight or more points will receive a special emoji.
