The Driftboard classifies as a vehicle in Fortnite OG which means that it won’t take up a slot in your inventory when you acquire it. You will be able to use it to travel anywhere pretty fast as it also has a Boost option for one to use. However, you will stay vulnerable while using it as enemies will still be able to shoot you down from it as it doesn’t provide any protection.
