Collaborations have now almost become an integral part of Fortnite as no one can imagine the game without its iconic collaborations at this point. This is not the first time that the game is having the world-famous music festival collaborate with them and the event brings with itself a lot of challenges and quests for the players to complete. One of the challenges in Week 2 of the Fortnite x Coachella event requires the players to launch fireworks on Coachella Island and here’s how one can do it.
The fireworks challenge will be available for a limited period
The challenges of the Coachella event are present for a limited amount of time and players can complete them to earn experience points in return. Launching fireworks on Coachella Island will reward players with 15000 experience points and those who want it should try to complete the challenge as soon as possible as it is going to go away after April 28, 2023.
How to launch fireworks on the Coachella Island in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 MEGA
Players will need to use the Firework Flare Gun to complete this challenge, which is a weapon that was introduced all the way back in Chapter 3. Now the weapon has again returned with the return of Coachella Island. So to complete the challenge, players will first need to join the special island which they can do by entering the code 5449-4207-1780 on the Discover Tab.
Once reaching the island, players will be able to see the Firework Show board right in front of them. It has a cooldown time and players will be notified 1 minute before the show starts every time so players can get themselves ready for it. The fireworks show occurs at an interval of 15 minutes each. At the start of the show, players will receive the Firework Flare Gun in their inventory which they can use to aim at the sky and shoot fireworks to complete the challenge.
