The best way to farm any item in Genshin Impact is through the Teyvat Interactive Map. They are usually found in bird nests and critter hideouts. Although bushes might also drop a single Bird Egg on being destroyed.
Mondstadt
Though Mondstadt has a plentiful of Bird Eggs, most can be found to the far left of the city’s main gates as you exit them. Follow the path along the river and you should be able to arrive at the location with 13 eggs.
Liyue
Liyue has even more eggs than the city of freedom, but every player’s favorite is Bird Egg Mountain. This mountain can be found in Liyue, in the Huaguang Stone Forest, laying above the Northwest stone peak. Directly above the ‘S’ in the text of Huaguang Stone Forest, you will be able to find a plentiful of eggs.
Bird eggs are pretty much everywhere. Just be sure to look out for nests in trees as you roam around the map, and start climbing if you ever see a nest in a tree or on a roof.
