- For a Support and Healing Yaoyao, for example, a Team where Yaoyao is supporting your Main DPS Dendro character (Double Dendro), Yaoyao would need an HP-focused build with an ER Sands if required. Ideally, having 180% ER is required for Double Dendro teams.
- For a Build where Yaoyao is in a Bloom/Spread or even Quicken team, Yaoyao would trigger those Dendro reactions as a result she would need EM and Crit/Dendro Goblet to dish out personal damage. As a Solo Dendro unit, having over 200% ER is required to trigger more Elemental Bursts.
For substats, prioritize ER, then EM, and then Crit stats.
Final Thoughts
Yaoyao’s general BiS Artifact set is the 4-piece Deepwood Memories which is a solid set to help reduce Dendro resistance for the main Dendro damage dealer in the party. Despite that, the 2-piece combos are viable options for Yaoyao depending on what bonuses you require for Yaoyao in the team. Yaoyao struggles a lot in ER and as such, it is advisable to keep an eye on her ER requirements to have her Burst up more frequently.
