Obtaining the Akademiya Recommendation Letter
The Akademiya Recommendation Letter is obtained as a reward for completing Hydrological Investigation in The Chasm, Mycological Investigation in The Chasm, and Paleontological Investigation in The Chasm. All these quests were added in Version 2.6 Update, when The Chasm was added as an explorable map.
Submitting the Akademiya Recommendation Letter
Teleport to the Akademiya waypoint and move towards the Akademiya. The quest will trigger. Enter the Akademiya and talk to the Purbiruni scholar. You will be asked to search for Khedive. Follow the quest marker and find him. Talk to him.
Khedive will ask you to pick up an item. For this, he will mark a location on your map. This location is in the desert area, on the surface. You cannot teleport to any of the nearby waypoints since they are all located underground. When you reach the location, fight the enemies that spawn. Return to the Akademiya and talk to Khedive.
Khedive will mark another location on your map, this time it is in The Chasm Underground Mines. Teleport to the nearest waypoint and talk to Khedive. He will take the Akademiya Recommendation Letter from your inventory. Talking to Khedive will bring an end to this quest.
