Cube It Up: Elevate Your Gameplay!

Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is an immersive sci-fi role-playing game crafted by SHIFT UP. In this captivating adventure, your mission is to select, lead, and assemble a formidable squad of NIKKEs, each equipped with unique combat specializations, forming the ultimate team. In this article, we’ll give you our Goddess of Victory: NIKKE Harmony Cube Guide and Tips to help you better comprehend the game’s Harmony Cube mechanics.

Harmony Cube: Overview

Harmony Cubes are essential pieces of equipment that your NIKKEs can proudly wear, each carrying a unique buff designed to enhance specific stats. However, you can only equip one Cube on a NIKKE at any given time. The good news is that once you’ve advanced your Cube through upgrades, you can share its power across multiple NIKKEs. Currently, there are six distinct Harmony Cubes available, each offering a distinct boost to one of your NIKKE’s vital attributes.

To embark on the journey of obtaining these coveted Cubes, you’ll need to conquer the challenging Lost Sectors, and the order in which they unlock is as follows:

  • Assault Cube – Lost Sector 1
  • Onslaught Cube – Lost Sector 2
  • Resilience Cube – Lost Sector 4
  • Bastion Cube – Lost Sector 7
  • Adjutant Cube – Lost Sector 9
  • Wingman Cube – Lost Sector 11

To empower these Cubes further, you’ll need Batteries, special items that are unique to each Cube’s upgrade process. These Batteries can be acquired from Lost Sectors or even through the Union Shop, giving you the keys to unlocking the full potential of your Harmony Cubes.

The Assault Cube is a game-changer when it comes to enhancing your character’s combat capabilities. Initially, it boosts the Hit Rate, ensuring that your shots find their mark with greater accuracy. From level 5 onwards, it goes a step further by providing additional damage with a potent element.

This cube is particularly well-suited for characters wielding SMGs or Shotguns, as they stand to gain the most from the valuable buff it offers. A few example characters that use the Assault Cube:

It’s a popular choice, especially among Shotgun enthusiasts, as it empowers lower-accuracy weapons like Shotguns, SMGs, and even assault rifles to engage targets at slightly greater distances and strike rapture cores with improved precision. For those fortunate enough to have access to Resilience or Wingman cubes, it’s still advisable to consider their use, particularly on Shotguns where they can further enhance your combat prowess.

2. Onslaught Cube

This cube proves to be a significant advantage for characters who rely on Sniper Rifles or Rocket Launchers, as these weapons require precise charge-up shots. Its versatility shines, making it an indispensable choice for characters that rely on the last bullet mechanic and others alike Shotguns, Rocket Launchers, and units burdened with prolonged reload times, like Scarlet, find their performance remarkably improved by this Cube. Its adaptability transcends early to late game stages, making it a coveted treasure that every core DPS character aims to possess.

4. Bastion Cube

The Bastion Cube, an advanced addition to the arsenal of DPS characters, provides an exceptional advantage on the battlefield. This remarkable Cube not only allows you to recover ammo while firing but also enhances your firepower significantly after reaching level 5.

It’s particularly well-suited for characters wielding Assault Rifles or Machine Guns, ensuring that they can maintain a relentless barrage of bullets before even thinking about reloading, thereby boosting their DPS output. A few example characters that use the Bastion Cube:

Even at its initial level, the Cube works its magic by replenishing your ammunition supply with 1 bullet for every 10 shots fired. However, as you progress and level up this remarkable Cube, the ammo recovery becomes even more generous, ultimately delivering 3 bullets for every 10 rounds discharged.

In the late game, when users have their maximum ammo capacity optimized and enhanced through Overloaded gear, the Bastion Cube proves to be an absolute game-changer, enabling a sustained onslaught that’s unmatched on the battlefield.

5. Adjutant Cube

The Adjutant Cube proves to be a valuable asset for characters seeking to enhance their Charging Speed, a feature particularly beneficial when wielding Sniper Rifles or Rocket Launchers that demand swift charge times.

Starting at level 5, it goes the extra mile by providing additional damage as a potent element, further boosting your combat prowess. While the Adjutant Cube shares similarities with the Onslaught Cube, it tends to shine in the hands of PVP enthusiasts. A few example characters that use the Adjutant Cube:

In PVP scenarios, the ability to attack with greater speed can be a game-changer, and the Adjutant Cube’s ability to reduce Rocket launcher and Sniper shot charge times gives you a competitive edge. While it may not always outshine the Onslaught Cube in terms of numbers, it’s the preferred choice when you’re aiming for the quickest, most effective strikes on your opponents.

6. Wingman Cube

The Wingman Cube, a fine addition to your arsenal, significantly enhances a character’s firepower with its unique abilities. Initially increasing the character’s Magazine Size. It’s a versatile cube that finds favor among a wide range of characters, as almost every Nikke benefits from an expanded magazine capacity with the exception of characters reliant on the last bullet mechanic.

While it proves especially effective with shotguns, it can also play a supporting role for core DPS units, although it might not be their first choice. A few example characters that use the Wingman Cube:

The reason it falls short of the likes of Resilience or Bastion lies in its additive approach to maximum ammo, which doesn’t multiply ammo counts when coupled with overloaded gear; instead, it simply increases the base ammo within the magazine. In contrast, Resilience and Bastion function as formidable final multipliers for ammo count, making the choice between these cubes a strategic consideration for avid gamers.
