Players must launch the game on their devices. Once the in-game home screen has loaded, they must adhere to the steps below:

  • Tap on the cogwheel icon located at the top-right corner of the in-game home screen.
  • This would take you to the in-game Settings menu which consists of 4 tabs, stacked one below the other to the left of the menu space, namely, ImageSound, Language, and Messages.   • The Chatbot would now revert back with a set of questions that are related to your query and have been addressed in the game’s Knowledge base. If you find the exact query you were looking for, tap on that and the chatbot would revert back with the answer/fix for it.

Reporting a Bug
