Lapulapu is the newest Support-role hero to be released in Honor of Kings. To commemorate his debut in the game, the devs have organised an event to allow all players to get the hero for free. This event also introduces lots of awesome event-exclusive rewards for free, which we will cover in detail in this article.
How to get the new Support Hero Lapulapu for free in HoK
To get the new Support hero, Lapulapu, you will have to participate in the Free New Hero event. This event will give out numerous rewards, including an Avatar border and an exclusive hero Avatar for free. To claim these exclusive event rewards, you will only have to complete simple event tasks.
However, it is worth noting that to unlock Lapulapu for free, you can choose to either redeem the hero using event coins or complete simple missions in the event. On completing the simple missions, you will be able to get the hero for Free. The missions are as follows:
- Play 3 matches – 100 Sea Beast Coins
- Watch the Lapulapu tutorial video for 15s – 50 Sea Beast Coins
- Visit Lapulapu’s page on the Official site – 50 Sea Beast Coins
You can get lots of Sea Beast Coins by spending 500 Starstones to draw for event coins. You’ll be rewarded with any of the following at random on each draw:
- Lapulapu Hero License
- 15 Sea Beast Coins
- 20 Sea Beast Coins
- 50 Sea Beast Coins
Redeemable Rewards in the Free Lapulapu Event
On accumulating enough Sea Beast Coins, you’ll be able to exchange them for exciting new rewards. The following rewards are available for grabs in the event:
- Lapulapu’s Hero License – 600 Sea Beast Coins
- Hero Pearl – 600 Sea Beast Coins
- Exclusive Lapulapu Avatar – 100 Sea Beast Coins
- Exclusive Lapulapu Avatar Frame – 100 Sea Beast Coins
- Exclusive Lapulapu Animated Sticker – 200 Sea Beast Coins
- Exclusive Lapulapu Sticker – 100 Sea Beast Coins
