  • This would redirect you to the in-game Customer Support section which consists of three navigable tabs at the bottom, namely, the Home tab, Ticket Raising tab, and the Ticket History tab. Players must switch over to the Home tab first.

  • You will discover that the developers have already addressed some of the Frequently Asked Queries under this tab. To view the answers/fixes for those, simply tap on the query.   • Once you have provided all the additional inputs asked for, tap on the Submit button to successfully raise a ticket. You may keep a tab on the status of your ticket from the third tab of this section, viz. the Ticket History tab(denoted by the Community icon).
