When it comes to Combat, Ghillant stands out as the best choice, offering a well-balanced mix of Attack, HP, and Defense. This allows him to deal with significant damage while also effectively withstanding enemy attacks. On the other hand, while Mantieray has the highest Attack in the game, her low HP and Defense make her too fragile, making Ghillant a better choice.

While Palmons matter a lot, their traits are equally important in Combat. Traits such as Belligerent with +7% Attack, Blessed with +8% Crit Rate, Sharpshooter providing +5% Accuracy, Vigorous providing +10% HP, Clear-Headed with +7% Stun Resist, and Diamond Skull providing +15% Crit Defence, can provide great advantage.

Best Palmons and Traits for Planting and Harvesting Job

For the Planting and Harvesting job, there are no UR category Palmons, and Lendanear is the only SSR Palmon. Meanwhile, Spinchilla and Graffitty belong to the SR category. In a way, this is good as obtaining them is much easier than UR Palmons.

Unlike the Combat job, where the Palmon itself plays a crucial role, the other jobs rely more on your Palmon’s traits rather than the Palmon assigned, though having the best Palmons is still great. The most useful traits for this Job include Fleet-Footed providing +5% Move Speed, Industrious providing +18% Job Efficiency, and Supersonic providing +10% Move Speed.

Squeezel, Maximito, and Meowdame are great choices for the Watering Job, and all three belong to SSR Category. Moreover, Squeezel is pretty easy to obtain.

When it comes to traits, Diligent providing +10% Job Efficiency, Industrious providing +18% Job Efficiency, and Lightspeed providing +15% Move Speed, are very beneficial for this job.

Logging is one of the most important jobs in the game, as Wood is essential for building bridges, upgrading buildings, and more. For this job, Baboom, Dolphriend, and Cerverdant are great choices.

Additionally, Bruiseberry and Platyputz are good options, since they can also be assigned to Mining and Sawing Jobs, respectively. The essential traits for this job include Industrious, Lightspeed, and Diligent. Given the importance of this job, the Palmons need to be very efficient for greater productivity.

With Logging comes Sawing, and for this job, Platyputz, Herculeaf, and Graffitty are the only options. For the Mining job, Magmolin, Bruiseberry, and Terrastudo are excellent options. However, since they can be a bit difficult to obtain, Graffitty serves as a good temporary option. He is a very versatile Palmon, and you can assign him to four different jobs. The job efficiency traits are important for this job, like Efficient, Diligent, and Industrious.

Best Palmons and Traits for Smelting Job

For this job, there are only four options, with Vulcanid, Incineraptor, Wyvierno being SSR Palmons, and Emboa being SR Palmon. Obtaining Emboa is easy as he is pretty common, and you can assign him to Smelting jobs until you get the other ones. The necessary traits for this job include Bellow Fellow providing +5% Smelting Output, being Industrious, and being Diligent.

Best Palmons and Traits for Charging Job

Lastly, for the Charging Job, you have Barkplug belonging to the UR category, Thunderclawd belonging to SSR, and Kilohopp belonging to SR. Thunderclawd and Kilohopp are easier to obtain, even with useful traits like Lightning Affinity providing +5% charging output, Battery Pack providing +3% charging output, and Industrious.
