Pokémon Go: Best Moveset and Counters for Kartana

Guide for the best counters against Kartana during Battle Raids!

Kartana is a dual-type Pokémon that looks like a folded origami humanoid. Its paper-type body is orange on one side and white on another side. The head of the Pokémon is tucked into its body with a 4-pointer star which mostly liked can be assumed to be its face. It also seems to have two yellow horns that become wider when it is moving upwards and has arms that resemble katanas with yellow or white sheaths. It is an Ultra Raid Beast Boss and can be a fairly tough opponent. So in this Pokémon Go guide, we are going to talk about the best ways and counters to defeat Kartana in raids.

Kartana in Pokémon Go

Kartana is a dual-type Grass and Steel Pokémon. Because of this dual nature, it is vulnerable to more than one type of counters such as Fighting and Fire while having 2 times more vulnerability towards Fire-type attacks. It has a max CP of 4156 and other than the two mentioned Pokémon types, it is resilient towards every other Pokémon, so players should try to include only these types in their team in order to win.

Players are recommended to level up their Pokémons as much as they can and then go in groups of 3 to 4 trainees to fight against Kartana as it will not be a piece of cake to fight it. Some decent Pokémons to include in one’s team are Mega Charizard, Houndoom, Moltres, and many more as mentioned above.
