How to Contact Silver and Blood Customer Support

Silver and Blood recently launched an open beta in select regions on Android. Since the game is very new, it is completely normal if you encounter any issues while playing.

However, there is no need to worry, as you can always contact the game’s customer support team for help with any in-game problems, either through in-game customer support, their official social media channels, or via email.

How to Contact via the in-game customer service option

Follow these steps if you want to contact the customer service team through the in-game option:

  • First, launch the game on your mobile device.
  • Next, tap the headphone icon at the top right, just below User Center.
  • You will be redirected to the game’s Customer Service page.

  • Now, tap on START to access a variety of options, including FAQs, Bug Reports, Account-related Issues, and more.
  • There, you have to select the Contact Us option.
  • Now, tap on Fill out the form.
  • Upload a screenshot, choose the Type of issue, Issue Module, and Time of issue, and provide a detailed description of your issue.
  • Click on Submit, and you are good to go.

There is no official website for the game as of now, as it is only available as an open beta, but you can contact the support team via the official app support email address.
