Sunday City is a real-life sim title from KEFIR that lets you experience an online RP adventure, enjoy fun activities, and eventually build a powerful business empire. In this Sunday City Beginners Guide and Tips, I will provide some tips and tricks to help you get started and improve your gameplay experience. Sunday City Overview
Let’s start with the gameplay overview to help you get a clear idea of how it works. You begin by selecting one of the four characters, and start your new life in the city. You’re then greeted by TJ Myers, who teaches you the basics of the game, from movement to opening your first business, a Coffee Shop.
You can upgrade your business by renovating the walls, floors, and so on, and collect your profits from the MyBiz app. I found the mobile device really cool, which works similarly to the one you get in GTA V. There, you can find everything you need, from your Garage, MSG, and more.
There’s even a car dealership called Showroom Drive, from where you can collect the free Scooter. Plus, I like the vehicles here, as they’re inspired by real ones, like the Royal Motors G-Rex, which is based on the Mercedes-Benz G-Class. You can even change your phone’s Ncase from a variety of options.
And as you progress, you’ll unlock new jobs, from low-level jobs like Mail Carrier and Loader to high-level ones like City Mayor, Detective, or Captain. In the Style section, I found a character called Dandy, who looks like Conor McGregor, minus the tattoos. We can even do Yoga and earn rewards based on it.
Introducing the Basics of Sunday City
Trophy Road
The game has a Trophy Road, and as you upgrade your Biz, you can unlock new features there. As you progress, you’ll unlock Collect-It App, Achievements, Mail Carrier Jobs, Fortune Wheel, Gold & Guns Slot, Loader Job, and more, in different levels up to Lvl 4560, where you get the City Mayor Job.
Events
You’ll find a variety of events in-game, like the Yoga Class, where you can repeat moves after the yogi, and then earn rewards, with the size depending on everyone in the team. Though you can claim it once a day. There are more such events, like the Treasure Dig or Balloon Rise one.
Job Track
There’s a Job Track, where you can check all the Jobs you can do, starting from Promoter to Captain. You can then complete jobs to convert the tokens you earn at the Casino into Money, and you’ll gain professional XP for it. By leveling up your professions, you can earn more rewards, and an automode option gets your job done with just a tap.
MyBiz
You can head to your biz, like Sunday Coffee, in the city and upgrade it to start earning. Then buy upgrades, and each upgrade grants you a level up. You can progress to the next biz once you finish all upgrades and collect profits every hour, or just max out in 10 hours. You start with 4k Chips/hour biz to 200k Chips/hour biz.
Store
The in-game Store is divided into four segments: Packs, Chips, Gems, and Money. In the Packs category, you get options like Luxury Bundle, Riches Bundle, Lucky Bundle, and Seaside Bundle. And, from the Chips factory, you can get 5k Chips for free as a Daily Bonus, or you can watch 3 ads per day for 15k Chips.
And the rest, Gems and Money, can be bought with real money. The good news is that there are first purchase bonuses, so if you’re buying 2,300 Gems, you’ll get +5k more.
Sunday City Beginners Guide: Tips and Tricks
1. Take your time in the beginning
When you start the game, don’t rush and focus on understanding how everything works, from running your first Coffee Shop and how the whole city works. This way, you can set yourself up with everything you need to manage businesses later on.
2. Explore different jobs and level up
Make sure to try different jobs and level up your professions to unlock more jobs and rewards. You can take help of the Job Track, on what jobs will be available, what rewards you can earn, and such.
3. Make sure to try out the events
You can try a variety of events in the beach area, right from Yoga Class, Treasure Dig, or Balloon Rise, as they offer good rewards. Moreover, these are also fun, so you can take a break from your jobs and explore them in between.
4. Automate your Jobs
Once you unlock the automode feature, you can complete your jobs with just one tap. It’s a great way to convert your tokens into money without actually grinding.
5. Focus on expanding your Business
After your first business, that is the Sunday Coffee, you should focus on bigger businesses with better earnings per hour. While maxing out the upgrades takes some time, it’s worth it as you can progress faster and earn more.
Final Thoughts
Sunday City is actually an enjoyable real-life sim with fun gameplay content like a variety of jobs, businesses, and events to keep yourself busy. Well, I didn’t dive into the game without any expectations, and I guess that’s why I found it more fun, and there are a lot of other players moving around the city.
That said, as you progress further, you’ll get more challenging jobs and such, but if you follow this guide, you’ll have an enjoyable experience with the game in Sunday City. Happy Gaming!
