- This would take you to the Ticket raising page where the following details need to be provided:

- Once you have typed out all the necessary information, tap on the Submit button to successfully raise an inquiry/question. You can keep a tab of all questions/concerns raised by you, by tapping on the My Questions tab. The time since the last question and action taken for the same, are recorded under that section.
