Dragonest Games, known for AutoChess MOBA, and more, has launched early access to their new strategy sim, AutoChess Hero, now available on Android. Initially revealed as Project: Hero, this is the latest entry to the popular AutoChess IP, though an iOS release hasn’t been announced yet.
Build powerful formations with unique heroes to dominate PvE and PvP content
AutoChess Hero is a fun SLG that blends the classic Auto Chess strategy with easy placement gameplay. In this game, you can recruit more than 50 unique heroes, create strong formations, and uncover intriguing stories that reveal the bonds keeping the chessboard world in balance.

By building teams with heroes from ten different classes and races, you can face other players in real-time battles or simply clear PvE content. A standout feature I personally like is the ability to share hero levels and transfer resources instantly, making it simple to build multiple teams at once.
Players can experience immersive character bonds and episodes
Beyond the combat, I’m excited to explore the main story and experience the depth of the AutoChess universe through character stories and bond episodes. Along the way, you can unlock hero fragments, discover hidden paths, and uncover the secrets.
Overall, the game feels packed with variety, offering various heroes, races, classes, seamless progression, global PvP, immersive storylines, different game modes, and more. If you’re a fan of auto-style titles, you’ll love it as the heroes fight and gather resources on their own, even when you’re offline.
AutoChess Hero is now available in early access on Android. If you’re interested, you can now download the game via the Google Play Store. That said, there’s no information regarding an iOS launch yet. Stay tuned for more updates!
