Nuverse launched a closed beta (CBT) called the “Shikai Test” of their 3D action RPG, Bleach: Soul Resonance, on mobile in China. Officially licensed under the Bleach IP, the game was initially planned for a global release in 2024; however, that didn’t happen, and there’s no official launch date revealed.
Get ready to wield Zanpakutos and unleash special attacks as Ichigo
Bleach: Soul Resonance is a 3D-action RPG based on Bleach IP that delivers intense sword-fighting battles. In this game, you play as Ichigo Kurosaki, the main protagonist of Tite Kubo’s Bleach manga and anime series, wielding his Zanpakuto, and immersing yourselves in an original storyline.
The game features smooth swordplay, diverse battle strategies, and the ability to collect and develop multiple iconic characters. You can form teams of up to three members, engage in joint combat, and experience zero-frame seamless switching between characters. It also includes a unique sealing system.

As a fan of the Big Three, which includes Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece, I am pretty excited about this upcoming title. With Bleach TYWB season 4 also confirmed, the game is expected to generate significant hype. You can even perform Ichigo’s iconic Getsuga Tensho attack, among others.
The Shikai Test is currently live, but only those who have obtained the test qualification can participate. While the global release or the CBT end date for the game hasn’t been announced yet, you can learn more about the game, its characters, and more via the official website.
