- New Village Helper called the Prospector unlocks via Gold Pass at Town Hall 10+.
- A major Gold Pass UI revamp is here alongside a larger Hoggy Bank's arrival.
March 2026 is all set to be a blockbuster month for Clash of Clans and us players, as all signs hint towards a mega update arriving, and now that’s official. We are getting a brand-new Village Helper called the Prospector, and a complete overhaul of how the Gold Pass works and looks alongside other changes in the March 2026 update of Clash of Clans.
On top of that, the Season Bank system has now officially been upgraded and reworked into something bigger. Let’s break down everything that has been revealed so far.
Clash of Clans March 2026 update: All the details explained
Gold Pass Changes
The Gold Pass itself has now been reworked from the ground up. What looked like a visual refresh in the leaks has turned out to be a complete structural overhaul.

The UI gets a massive upgrade. The layout is now full-page with larger reward icons and clearer visibility. The progression bar looks cleaner, rewards are spaced better, and the overall flow feels more modern and easier to understand. But the changes go much deeper than visuals.
New Village Helper: The Prospector
This is probably the most interesting functional addition. Those who are Town Hall 10 and above and own the Gold Pass will unlock a new Village Helper called the Prospector after reaching 2400 Season Points. This is now confirmed as part of the reworked Gold Pass experience.
From the preview and official breakdown, the Prospector will be stationed in the Helper Hut and convert Ores daily for the season. The system is intentionally simple. There are no upgrades, no gem costs, and no hidden bonuses. It runs on a fixed 23-hour cooldown cycle, very similar to how the Alchemist works.
If you are below Town Hall 10, you won’t unlock the Prospector and will instead receive a Resource Potion. This is expected to arrive with the new season in March, which is indicated as “Cosmic Season”.
New Daily Task System
The old challenge-style progression system has officially been removed. In its place is a new Daily Task system. Each day, you get eight always-available tasks focused on normal gameplay. These do not expire and are simple to complete.
Completing tasks earns stamps, and collecting enough stamps completes a Stamp Card, which then grants bonus Season Points. You begin the season with multiple Stamp Cards, and you receive a new one daily. They stack, meaning if you miss a day, you can catch up later without falling behind.

Gold Pass players earn bonus points when completing Stamp Cards, and during the final week of the season, points earned per stamp and per card are increased.
Because progression is now more evenly spread across the season, the old consecutive Gold Pass purchase bonus has been removed. Progression is designed to feel smoother and more consistent for everyone.
Choice Nodes: Pick Your Rewards
Another nice change is the Choice Nodes. You are no longer locked into fixed rewards at certain tiers. Instead, the game is allowing you to pick between two rewards. For example, you can choose between a Rune of Gold or a Rune of Elixir, or maybe cosmetics, you may choose between two Hero skins.

Higher Town Halls unlock more meaningful choices, while lower Town Halls only see rewards appropriate for their progression. One important thing to note is that scaling locks in at the start of the season. If you upgrade your Town Hall mid-season, rewards will not change.
If a Choice Node is left unclaimed at season end, it defaults to the first option shown or converts to Gems if your inventory is full.
Hoggy Bank Replaces the Season Bank
The traditional Season Bank appears to be replaced by something called the Hoggy Bank. You can see it stores bonus loot earned from battles throughout the season, similar to before. However, the capacity bars for different resources are clearly displayed, and the Gold Pass activates a multiplier perk.

There’s even a visible Hoggy Bank Multiplier badge that increases the final amount collected at the end of the season, indicated with a 5x multiplier.
