- Lost Hellden is a classically inspired action JRPG with hand-painted 3D visuals by Takeshi Oga and a soundtrack by Hitoshi Sakimoto.
- The game offers eight characters, a phased battle system, 21 jobs, a fully voiced story, dynamic weather, hidden items, a vast Deep 2D world, and more.
- You can try Hexaken, a popular tactical card game in Era, while mastering combat that blends real-time and turn-based action.
Crunchyroll Games is now celebrating the second anniversary of its Game Vault and is bringing even more premium mobile titles alongside its regular releases. One of the main highlights is Lost Hellden, a 3D action–adventure JRPG from Artisan Studios, set to debut on mobile alongside PC and consoles.
Join Cyphel on his quest to find his brother, who escaped to overcome his burden
If you love anime titles, you’ve probably tried at least one or two titles from the Crunchyroll Game Vault, like Shin chan: Summer Vacation, Metal Slug Tactics, Two Strikes, STEINS;GATE, and more. The Vault now marks its 2nd anniversary, boasting 75 exclusive titles since launching in November 2023.

And alongside the usual seasonal anime-inspired mobile titles, Crunchyroll Games has announced that Lost Hellden, a classically inspired action JRPG, is debuting on mobile via their Vault. Set in a stunning hand-painted 3D world with illustrations by Takeshi Oga, known for Gravity Rush, my expectations are already very high.
So, the story takes place in Era, under the religion of Unio, where everyone’s life is tied to one of the Seven Deadly Sins. In this world, the birth of twins is considered a terrible omen, and you play as Cyphel, the twin without a sin, searching for your other twin, Leht, who escaped the Unio Temple.
Enjoy a fully voiced self-discovery story with a unique phased battle system
Now, the fully-voiced story of self-discovery and family is only one part of its charm. You’ll also love its combat as it blends real-time action with tactical turn-based battles, letting you attack, defend, and even unleash powerful Transcendence abilities.
Oh, I also want to try Hexaken, a tactical card game popular across Era, which sounds fun. All in all, Lost Hellden looks like a promising title worth waiting for, with eight playable characters, unique skill trees, elemental abilities, summons, 21 jobs, a variety of equipment, and more.
Additionally, I like how dynamic weather impacts battles, NPCS, and locations, while the soundtrack by Hitoshi Sakimoto enhances our experience. That said, the launch date is not revealed yet, so stay tuned for more updates!
