Level-5 has announced to launch their beloved social slow-life RPG, FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time, on both Android and iOS in Summer 2026. Sequel to Fantasy Life, the game was first released on consoles in May 2025, and the mobile version supports both cross-play and cross-save.
Get ready to explore a vast island and uncover its time-traveling mystery
FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time is a social slow-life RPG set on the island of Reveria. Here, you play as an adventurer sailing with the archaeologist Edward and his crew, chasing a mystery that begins with a strange message from a girl on the deserted island. Now, the whole idea of jumping between a thriving island from 1,000 years ago and its present ruined state won my attention.
Exploration looks like a big jump for this time. I mean, you can climb ledges, swim rivers and lakes, and even ride a mount while exploring the largest continent in the series so far. On top of that, you can even switch between 14 diverse jobs called Lives, each with its own characteristics and uniqueness.
You can design and decorate your house and island, invite friends, explore dungeons, and more
Like me, you’ll love the flexibility in how you play. Like, you can gather ingredients or materials with Gathering Lives, craft weapons or dishes with Crafting Lives, or battle various monsters with Combat Lives. And the fact that you can reshape the landscape itself and even draw rivers and roads is great in itself. I’m a big fan of games like Heartopia, so the housing and decoration part instantly caught my attention.
And the multiplayer aspect is like a cherry on top for me, since we can invite friends to our islands and explore dungeons with up to 4 players, and hang out with them. Overall, the game looks very enjoyable with its anime-like visuals, open-world exploration, cross-play support, and even includes the DLC, The Sinister Broker Bazario’s Schemes.
FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time is launching on both Android and iOS in Summer 2026. The game is yet to be listed on the app stores, so stay tuned!
