- GNOSIA is a science fiction social deduction RPG set on a drifting spaceship where the crew faces a mysterious threat.
- The game offers interesting characters, triggered events, RPG elements, anime-like art, and more.
PLAYISM, known for Refind Self, and more has launched their acclaimed social deduction RPG, GNOSIA, on both Android and iOS. Developed by Petit Depotto, the game initially released on June 2019 in PS Vita, and after launching on multiple platforms, it has finally arrived on mobile costing $24.99.
Vote the Gnosia out and survive the space loop
GNOSIA takes place on a drifting spaceship where the crew must deal with a mysterious threat known by the game title. Now, these beings disguise themselves as humans, deceive the crew, and quietly eliminate one by one. So, you’ll play a game of social deduction like Among Us to identify the Gnosia among your crew.
Gameplay-wise, you spend most time discussing with a cast of unique characters and try to figure out who’s lying. The information you collect from conversations can help you decide who might be the Gnosia. Oh, and you can also choose to collaborate with or against other crew members to survive.
You can unlock new commands via special events, build character stats, and more
One thing I really like is the looping system where each run triggers special events and slowly unravel mysteries in uniquely original narrative. Plus, some events even unlock new commands that you can use during discussions. There’s RPG elements too as you can pick roles and build character stats that influence how well you can argue or or deceive others.
Overall, I found the title super fun even though it’s quite expensive and the very positive reviews on Steam reflects that. I mean, the content is also great with an interesting cast of characters, random story events, anime-like art, special Notes that reveal more about your crewmates, and more. If you’ve the money, don’t miss it out.
GNOSIA is now available on both Android and iOS for $24.99. So, you can go ahead and download the game via your respective Google Play Store or App Store.
