Goddess of Victory: NIKKE Developer’s Note June 2023 overview
Summer Events are coming
The first announcement in the Goddess of Victory: NIKKE Developer’s Note June 2023 was the Summer-themed event that will take place from June to August this year. The Lobby will be transformed into a beach-themed setting, setting the perfect atmosphere for the season.
Two vacation island events will be featured, with the first one launching soon. Additionally, players can look forward to a beach-themed Special Boss encounter and the Barbecue Tycoon mini-game, currently in development as confirmed by the developer.
Event Stories
Following the increased requests, the developers plan to introduce an events archive, granting players the opportunity to relive previous events within the game. This archive will not only include event stories but also feature fields and mini-games. Players will now have the chance to replay beloved events like White Memory and others.
Introduction of Champion Arena & Arena Revisions
Much to the delight of the fans, Champion Arena is in active development. This arena will serve as a battleground for elite players from the SP Arena’s various groups to compete against one another. It was supposed to be scheduled this year but could not get completed in time.
There have been Revisions to Arena Rules and Group Reassignments. The further updates will have changes to Rookie Arena rewards, and Arena seasons where it will reserve the last day of the 14 days event for the reset. Some missions will also not be available. Group reassignment will take place in the new seasons of SP Arena and Rookie Arena, which will begin on June 22 and June 29, respectively
Other updates
The production progress and schedule for Modernia’s costume are being shared. As it is intended as a gift for everyone, mechanical parts have not been included in any of the three versions. At the end of June, once the costume plans are finalized, a voting process will be conducted to gather opinions from the community.
The official launch of Bla Bla Messenger is expected to take place in July. While the initial implementation of the event-exclusive Bla Bla Messenger may have seemed insignificant, the team intends to operate it continuously moving forward.
