Fingersoft has announced the soft launch of their physics-fueled PvP racing sequel, Hill Climb Racing 3, now available on Android in Finland, Norway, Sweden, and the UK. Originally announced in November 2022, this third installment in the timeless series introduces real-time multiplayer for the first time.
Enjoy the next evolution of HCR with PvP races
Now, there’s hardly anyone who hasn’t played Hill Climb Racing at some point, and now the Finnish devs are bringing its highly anticipated sequel, which has been in development since 2022. They’re calling it the next evolution in physics-driven racing, and honestly, I’m all for it.

A few of the titles I grew up playing were HCR, so seeing it make a comeback with a modern twist, not that it was gone, feels nostalgic. Talking about twist, what really sets this one apart from the other two is the addition of real-time multiplayer. So, we can now actually race against others live, crashing, climbing, and competing for leaderboards.
The whole cast of Climb Canyon has arrived, along with Bill Newton
Besides that, you can also use different gadgets and powerful boosts for strategic wins, whether it’s for offense, defense, or just navigation. And to add to the overall charm, you can do all that looking super cool by customizing your car with various skins and even upgrading it for better performance.
Another thing that hyped me up is the return of familiar faces like Nikita, Rick Ace, the iconic Bill Newton, and the whole cast of Climb Canyon, each with their own unique traits. All in all, with its cool stunts, clever physics engine, solid visuals, and all this new content, HCR 3 is looking super fun to me.
Hill Climb Racing 3 is now available in soft launch on Android in Finland, Norway, Sweden, and the UK. You can download the game from the Google Play Store and give it a try, while iOS users have to wait a bit longer. Stay tuned for more updates!
