Pheonixx Inc. has announced the launch of their latest endless action runner title, HYDE RUN, which is now available on Android and iOS. Previously exclusive to Japan, the game is now available to everyone, full of easter eggs that reference many of HYDE’s iconic moments.
Jump and perform various parkour tricks as Hyde himself
HYDE RUN is a fast-paced, endless runner set in NEO Tokyo, starring the legendary Japanese rockstar, HYDE. In this game, you can play as HYDE himself and perform parkour tricks across neon-lit rooftops, dashing over obstacles, sliding under ledges, wall-running along billboards, and more.
Your main objective in the game is to collect musical notes scattered throughout the city. You can take advantage of power-ups like Magents to gather even more notes to boost your overall score. If you are a fan of games like Subway Surfers, you are surely gonna love this title.
Use special items, unlock various artifacts, and discover special voice notes
There are some cool items, like Note Gain, which increases the number of notes, and Barrier, which reduces damage from obstacles, perfect for collecting more points. I am mainly hyped to unlock 20 years’ worth of artifacts from HYDE’s iconic career, personalize his room with various accessories, and discover special messages and voice notes from him.
The game looks entertaining and packed with exciting stuff like authentic voice clips you can unlock via the Microphone Stand, hidden items you can find by replaying the stages, dynamic stages, flashy parkour tricks, iconic limited-availability outfits, and more.
The game is celebrating its launch with limited-time costumes like THE LAST ROCKSTARS and Bat Jinbei sets, plus exclusive ROCK and Japanese style furniture sets. HYDE RUN is now available on both Android and iOS. You can download the game via your respective Google Play Store or App Store.
