League of Legends: Wild Rift is a MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) based on the popular PC game League of Legends. The game was announced in 2019 and is currently in the open beta testing phase. Meanwhile, a few data miners have leaked that the update coming in December will introduce new champions in the game along with exclusive skins. Currently, there are a total of 47 champions in the game, and as per the leaks, more than 40 champions are coming to League of Legends: Wild Rift in the upcoming December 2020 update. However, it seems like they will not be introduced in the next patch but will be rolled out slowly with the upcoming updates.
List of upcoming champions in Wild Rift
With the League of Legends: Wild Rift Open Beta is arriving in phase II this December in more regions, the upcoming patch update is expected to have major changes too. As per the leaks, here is the list of champions that are expected to arrive in the game:
Among the aforementioned champions, Teemo is one of the most anticipated champions that the players are waiting to arrive ever since the alpha testing of the game started. Another character Draven would fit into the marksmen category whereas Diana and Darius are the fighters.
Wild Rift December patch
In addition to this, Jonathan Chao, the manager of League of Legends: Wild Rift, recently tweeted that the December patch will bring a lot of changes and they are looking forward to getting feedback from everyone once it goes live.
