Appy Monkeys Software Pvt. Ltd. has revealed their upcoming 3D casual platformer, Lokko, which is set to launch on iOS, PC, and PS5 and is currently in development. As part of the Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation) India Hero Project 2025, the game features cross-platform play and allows you to carry your progress across console, PC, and iOS.
Get ready to create your avatar, enemies, and bosses, and deliver pizzas on time
Lokko is a 3D platformer that blends fun with creativity, allowing you to seamlessly create and share challenging levels in real-time across iOS, PC, and PS5. In this game, your mission is to deliver pizzas on time, by running, driving, or even teleporting through space, all while taking the Goobol food corporation.
The game comes with an in-built Level Editor for both platforming and car racing, allowing you to generate your levels. You can also design more advanced levels by linking timers, accelerators, and switches, adding NPCs, Bosses, and more, to make exciting levels and compete with your friend.
Not only that, it also features an in-built Character Editor with endless customization options, which I find impressive. Additionally, the NPC Editor and Track Editor look engaging and fun to experiment with. adding even more creative levels.
I am happy to see India making progress in game development, and Lokko looks very promising, thanks to Sony’s India Hero Project and Appy Monkeys. With support for DualSense Wireless Controller, Xbox Wireless Controller, Mouse, Keyboard, and Touch, the game offers a seamless cross-play experience.
Now in development, Lokko is scheduled to launch on iOS, PC, and PS5, but the release date has not been revealed yet. There is also no information on an Android release at this time. Stay tuned in this space for more updates on this title.
